    We are seeking a Service/Support/Admin candidate  for our Waukesha, WI location.

    In this role, we are seeking a generalist to perform Service work, assist in Customer Service and Inventory Administration and perform general support work.



    Duties and Responsibilities include:


    1. Processes equipment rentals.

    2. Maintains product in show room and warehouse.

    3. Performs customers service tasks, phone support, etc.

    4. Assists in invoicing, preparing customer statements, etc.

    5. Assists with purchasing, inventory coordination, etc.

    6. Maintains facility, warehouse, etc.

    7. Performs other duties as required




    We are seeking a candidate that has 1+ years of previous experience doing administrative work. Having previous experience with NetSuite is preferred, as well as having the ability to work independently under time constraints and being able to take initiative and work under pressure.  A HS diploma or equivalent and some business or technical training is preferred.
