    In this role, the successful candidate will provide Autodesk support, meet with customers and prospects, provide advice and counsel on product selection, support our sales process, train customers, and provide technical support by phone and in person

     

    Responsibilities

    The specific duties and responsibilities will include:

     

    Respond to customer product inquiries via telephone or in written internet-based email or chat sessions. Resolves customer concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or product application or compatibility matters.  Troubleshoot problem with software applications and recommend corrective action. Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.

     

    Qualifications

    We prefer candidates with a BS in Computer Technology or IT; or equivalent training and education.  

    Candidates should have knowledge about the computer hardware and Autodesk software. It is necessary to  have expert communication skills as well as knowledge about principles to provide customer satisfaction. Interpersonal skills and technical product knowledge and expertise are critical to responding to daily customer-centric activities in this role.

     

    Daily interactions with organizations around the region in addition to having technical and service based skills are necessary.
