    In this role, the successful candidate will provide Autodesk support, meet with customers and prospects, provide advice and counsel on product selection, support our sales process, train customers, and provide technical support by phone and in person



    As an Autodesk Software Application Specialist your mission will be to ensure that our customers have a superior experience with PPI Group every time they interact with our training, consulting, or technical support teams.

    You will interact daily with organizations from around the region including giants from architecture, engineering, and construction industries. Whether these customers are developing the next high-rise building downtown, bridges or roadways or even designing your favorite team's new stadium, they all collaborate with Autodesk software products. In order to support the success of their projects our customers look to PPI Group for support, training & hands on consulting to save them time, money, and win more business.

We hire Application Specialists who have the ability to learn, are goal-oriented self-starters and will take ownership of the position. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping companies “get it right” through demonstration, instruction, consultation, and support.


    Position Responsibilities
    • Meet with design professionals
    • Provide advice on design software solutions and procedures
    • Support sales process with technical demonstrations and presentations
    • Provide training services as an Autodesk Certified Instructor
    • Provide consultation services on Engineering products AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Bonus points for knowledge in Map 3D, Infraworks, Plant 3D.
    • Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop software.



    •  Understand fundamental design and drafting concepts in the Civil/Survey/Construction industry.
    •  2-3 years experience with Autodesk
    •  Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Must be comfortable speaking in front of others for long durations
    •  General intermediate knowledge of computer
    •  Travel required, primarily pacific NW region
    •  Comfortable in a teaching or public speaking environment
    •  Energetic with a knack for customer relations
