    Topcon is driven to help you meet construction demands with innovative solutions for land survey tools that help you work smarter and faster.  Some of these include robotic total stations allowing the operator to control machinery from a distance via remote control, GPS Survey Equipment for high speed and accuracy, Drones for 3D aerial mapping, laser levels and hand held ruggedized computers.

     

    Serve as the primary inside sales interface between Topcon Solution Stores and our customers.  Coordinates all aspects of customer service from order placement and acknowledgement through scheduling, shipping, and follow-up. Coordinates showroom. Performs shipping, receiving, warehouse duties.

    Responsibilities

    1.       Enter customer orders as received via phone, e-mail, or fax while noting special handling requirements

    2.       Provide service to walk in customers

    3.       Communicate with customers and process orders by phone in person or through sales reps

    4.       Coordinate shipments and process invoices

    5.       Maintain and report on customer service metrics

    6.       Print customer orders and coordinate shipping to provide direction on priorities/workloads  

    7.       Coordinate shipment details between the customer and branch. Assist with inventory administration.

    8.       Monitor sales activities, trouble shoot internal and customer issues

    9.       Communicate with the customer to ensure we are fully supporting their needs 

    10.    Maintain customer specific account information such as shipment preferences,  and customer specific shipping instructions 

    11.    Discuss/recommend any changes that need to be made

    12.    invoice and accounts recievable

    13.    May coordinate service schedules

    14.    Perform other duties as required 

    Qualifications

    •         HS Diploma or equivalent; training in business preferred
    • ·       Experience in customer service, sales, and or marketing 
    • ·       Solid analytical skills 
    • ·       Strong communication skills both written and verbal 
    • ·       Open to interact directly with customers 
    • ·       Proficient in Microsoft Office tools 
    • ·       Experience with ERP Software
