    Assists in Service/Rental Department by performing a number of administrative tasks that include, but are not limited to:

    Assisting walk in customers with logging inbound/outbound repairs. Also logging inbound out bound rentals.


    Greet customers. Discuss service/rental needs. Log into NS system. Answer phone regarding the same.  Maintain records.  Keeps work area orderly.  Perform other tasks related to Service/Rental administration.  Assists other Departments as required (Shipping, Inventory Administration, Customer Service)


    Education & Experience

    High school

    Former jobs which were customer service related.


    Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

    Computer skills – MS Suite

    NetSuite skills would be a bonus.

    Positive, professional, pleasant person to interface with customers.  Good communication skills.
